Conference rooms, offices, break rooms, restrooms and shower, bicycle storage, outside seating, and an elegant two-story entry hall and lobby are uniquely and effectively integrated into 10,700 SF of support space for the Hogle Zoo administrative staff.
The CRC is LEED Gold Certified. Sustainable features include the incorporation of recycled building materials, rooftop photo-voltaic array, daylighting, high-performance thermal envelope, and a state-of-the-art heating and cooling system for maximum occupant comfort and control. With an envelope efficiency exceeding code requirements by 12%, the CRC both comprehensively and gracefully exemplifies the Hogle Zoo’s mission of sustainability.
