The Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) is an internationally recognized research, education, and conservation organization focusing on cheetahs and their eco-systems. The primary objective of the Facilities Master Plan Report was to provide a 5-10 year framework for how to develop and manage the CCF headquarters, based in Namibia, Africa, in a sustainable and efficient manner while incorporating the vision and mission of the institution. The key objectives of the report also included identifying short and long-term infrastructure priorities, defining key mission-based projects, prioritizing eco-tourism concepts, and identifying education programming concepts.
