Opening in May 2021, Oregon Zoo’s brand new Primate Forest habitat highlights innovative mesh structure environments, in-between porches at the edges of the building that create shoulder season comfort, a renovated open moat habitat, deep-bedding interior habitats and night quarters, and CLR activity-based welfare and choice features for Chimps and Mandrills. Interpretive Design was by Main Street Design.
